1. Please fill in the Application Form and fax it back to +86-10-84600325 or +86-10-63184767; 2. Upon the receipt of the Application Form, the organizer will contact you for confirmation; 3. After the space, location, cost and deposit of the booth confirmed, the Organizer will send you the Participation Contract; 4. 30% of the total cost should be paid as deposit to the Organizer within 15 days after the Participation Contract is signed. When the deposit is received, the booth reservation will be settled. The outstanding balance should be paid before Jan 31, 2009. Reservation without deposit will be treated as INVALID and the Organizer has right to reallocate the booth; 5. Application deadline: January 31, 2009; 6. The Exhibitor’s Service Manual will be provided six months before the open of the show; 7. For online application, please visit here
